All orders are shipped via complimentary Royal Mail Delivery Tracked. Your order will therefore be delivered in 3-5 business days after ordering.

Once your order is confirmed, unfortunately we cannot change the delivery address.

If you've used the incorrect address, please cancel your order and re-order it using the correct address within 30 mins.

All full-size fragrance orders receive a complimentary 2ml sample, allowing you to trial your scent before you open your full-size product. 

We’re sure you’ll love your fragrance, but if not please notify us within 14 days via requests@luxonibeauty.com (please note we cannot accept a return if the cellophane or security sticker has been removed from the full-size fragrance. The fragrance must clearly be unused).

We will then send over a label, so you can send the item(s) back to us.

Please note, a handling fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your final refund.

Due to hygiene standards, we DO NOT accept the return of fragrances that have been opened. Once the celllophane or the security sticker has been removed, we can no longer accept the return of the product.

Please ensure you test your 'Try Before You Open' sample before opening your full-size fragrance to ensure you like the fragrance. Once you open your full-size fragrance, you will no longer be able to return it. 

If you have tried your 2ml sample, and want to return your full-size unopened product, please notify us within 14 days via requests@luxonibeauty.com

We will then send over a label, so you can send the item(s) back to us.

You'll then have another 14 days to return the product back to us.

Please note, a handling fee of £4.99 will be deducted from your final refund.

If your product(s) arrive defective or damaged, please email us immediately at requests@luxonibeauty.com with photographic evidence if possible.

Luxoni Beauty shall reimburse or replace any item that has arrived damaged or in bad condition to the customer.

Typically, refunds can take anywhere from 3-10 business days to process depending on your bank.

Small batch production simply means that our fragrances are made in small quantities. This prevents wastage, and challenges overconsumption.

We only produce what we need, and don't have large amounts of stock stored for months on end.

All of our fragrances are formulated in the United Kingdom.
